Dr. was very precise it her explanation of what I might expect if I decide that surgery is the option.

This was my first visit to Dr. Kress. She and her staff were wonderful: friendly, informative, & took lots of time explaining options & procedures. Surgery was scheduled as well as the follow-up appointment. I left feeling extremely positive!

She listened carefully to all of my concerns and offered alternative options. Her nurse actually used a wheelchair to return me to my vehicle because my shots were so painful. Never expected that kind of help and it was greatly appreciated.
