Dr Kress and her staff are very knowledgeable. They listen to you and don't make you feel bad for asking questions. All of them are wonderful to interact with.

This was my first appointment with Dr Kress. She was very thorough, explained everything very well to me. This was very reassuring to me as she had a plan of action and addressed my difficulty with both ankles. This was backed up by the x-rays I had taken previously. Dr. Kress's plan was injection in both ankles, AND ankle support for both ankles. Great ! I don't have to come back 2 or 3 times to have the problem addressed. Injections were painless! I had the bracelet just on the right ankle with the second one taken home to use as needed. The next day the pain was minimal, but I put on the right brace as I had a full day, ending with 4 hours on my feet at volunteer job. At the end of the day, I felt good. The injections are working. The brace was working. Dr Kress, you are wonderful!
