I have compared 4 orthopedic surgeons including one I've used and highly respect at Stanford. Dr. Kress is very knowledgeable but even more importantly, listens to me as an equal partner in my healthcare and orthopedic concerns. She gives me plent of space for dialogue and we can discuss options several times w/o making me feel like I"m asking too many questions. She is not condescending and listens to me when other doctors did not key in on some very subtle things I was saying about the exact nature of my injury and we discussed ways to further diagnose, which will inform the eventual surgery. She wasn't afraid to discount and explain why she didn't agree with other things that different doctors had suggested to me. She's open and confident, but not cocky in her approach. Plus she's very personable and an excellent communicator.

Dr. Kress is extremely knowledgeable. You can tell she thoroughly reviews your medical history before making a diagnosis or offering treatment. I wouldn't want a shot in the ankle from anyone else.

Dr Kress is a great physician. In my opinion one of the best doctors Auora has. Finally told me what my issues are that I am having after my hip surgery. And what to do to alleviate the pain. Un like my surgeon.
