I love Kristen Holzwart's upbeat attitude and how she addressed my concerns.

I am always so pleased with the staff at Aurora, from being greeting warmly by the receptionist to the kindness and respect provided by the medical team. I really appreciate Kristen Holzwart, she puts me at ease, listens intently to my concerns, and seems to genuinely care about me as a person.
