Got me in right away. Always friendly and concerned

New patient visit with Kristen. She listened and looked at me throughout visit, not at the computer. She explained things providers at another healthcare system had not done previously for long-term diagnoses and how it could be affecting current situation. Very happy with the entire experience and am pleased to say my main complaint for seeing her is getting better with a tweak in a medication I was taking prior, that I have not had to use the new prescription for the anti-inflammatory. Appreciate the firm handshake before and after appointment, and the excellent eye contact throughout the exam.
