I had an 1130 appointment . I arrived about 1115 as directed. I was told Dr was running late. I was not seen until about 1 pm. No one came back to the room after I had my BP,wght, pulse and pox checked to see how I was doing, if I needed a drink of water or bathroom while waiting so long. I finally opened the door to check with staff to see if I was forgotten. Dr was hurried when finally came in.
