The nurse has improved with being warm but could still use a bit more personal touch in her services as they are very direct. The doctor is always wonderful and seems to go above and beyond the basics.

I felt well cared for by a knowledgeable professional. She listened me, considered what I said and gave useful advice. I felt secure in her care.
