Very comfortable atmosphere, good conversational exchange of my questions & his knowledgeable answers. Did not feel rushed. Very good experience.

I would like to be able to call into my Doctor (who knows me & my history) instead of being sent to an answering service & having to sit around all day waiting for someone to call me back. NOT the Doctors fault BUT returning to "Good Old-Fashioned Customer Service" would be appreciated.
