I absolutely 100 percent give my Dr and his staff great reviews. But, the new phone service is absolutely terrible. If I didn't like my Dr as much as I do, I would leave Aurora. The new phone service is just awful. Terrible

I enjoy working with Dr Hanson. He is very thoughtful and knowledgeable. He actually listens and I felt like there was a plan with any course of actions decided upon. I was there for my yearly physical. He is a someone that I feel cares about the patients he sees.

When making the appointment my wife had to go through a call center instead of speaking with the staff in Dr. Hanson's office. We find this to be UNACCEPTABLE. Speaking with someone in a call center is COLD AND IMPERSONAL. The people in the call center know nothing about who I am or my medical background or the relationship between myself and my provider. Please stop routing calls through a call center and route them through the providers office.
