Dr. Choudhry is a great provider. She always listens to my concerns and gives me many different courses of treatment options. She is personable and professional. I will always come back and recommend her to others.
Dr. Choudhry is our family PCP for three generations of family members. She is a very humble and caring physician. She takes time to listen to her patients, young and elderly. She was amazing with my young son and helped answer his questions about an upcoming procedure. She kindly answered all of his questions and helped put his mind at ease. She truly cares for her patients and gives sage advice. We are so grateful to her!

I really like Dr. Choudhry. She is very thorough and takes the time to explain things. I never feel rushed in an appointment. I feel like she really cares about me as a patient, and wants to see any health issues that I have get resolved. Whenever I have emailed her thru the patient portal I have always gotten a prompt response. Also, everyone I have interacted with in the office, from the receptionists to the nurses, have all been very pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Choudhry to anyone who is looking for a good doctor.

I felt heard and I didn't have that experience with a past very tenured Dr at this outpatient facility because I couldn't get in her schedule. She invited me to reach out through Live Well message if I couldn't get a timely appt which I appreciated.
