There was a power outage and they were running behind. That is totally out of their control. But they could have contacted me and told me to come in later in the day . I had to take time off of work and if I could have worked longer that would have helped. Additionally I got paperwork after the appointment saying my daughter has asthma. But that was never mentioned in the appointment. I don't understand why that wasn't brought up.
This was my first visit with Dr. Watts. My visit was cut short due to the fact that the patient had to be brought to the ER. In turn, some of my answers to these quetions are not applicable. But, I did find her to be very professional and easy to talk to.
