The provider rushed through the appointment. Provider did not know anything about patients medical history. Provider did not provide time for parent to ask questions or get clarification. Provider walked out of the appointment room as soon as she was done talking, no time provided to ask questions or clarify information.
Dr. Kimberly Watts is an amazing doctor. She's kind, sympathetic and always is striving for ways to improve my son's health. Her bedside manner is exceptional as well. We feel very fortunate to have her as my son's pulmonologist. Her team of nurses are also kind and treat Luke very well.

Dr Watts is a true gift! We are so grateful for the caring and capable care our grandaughter receives. She was born premature with respiratory complications and has an asthma diagnosis. Dr Watts listened to us and provided a treatment plan that has kept her asthma controlled in addition to no respiratory related hospitalizations in over a year! The staff in the office are both kind and respectful while maintaining professionalism. Heartfelt thank you to Dr Watts and her team!

Just that I made an apointment months and months in advance and this was a new location I was going to. In the reminders about the appointment, I think it would be important to remind the patient what kind of facility it is and parking information. When I got to Advocate Hospital, it was confusing where to park because I didn't have the specific information. Otherwise, great facility, great service, just hope to help people who are coming to a new facility.
