Kim listens well and explained all my options. I appreciate her conservative approach, with room for addressing any concerns I may be having and willingness to listen to me and emphasis on prevention of disease progression.

Kim is able to explain medical situations in a way that I can understand. In my most recent visit, she explained each step of the procedure, then during the procedure, said what she was going to do before doing it. This eased my mind as I didn't question what was happening. Kim has a friendly demeanor and was genuine in our conversations.
