Km is the most amazing Dr. I have ever dealt with. She takes the time to really listen to you. She has been spot on every time reading test results, especially diagnostic treatments etc. She cares about her patients, it truly shows. She has my total trust.

The system for contacting my provider or a member of her staff is horrific! If I need to contact her, I am unable to do so and that is totally unacceptable. I don't want to call and speak to someone in a call center, or someone working from home. I want to speak directly with my provider, or her nurse. Why do you do this, thereby frustrating your clients? I wish Aurora as a whole (not my provider!) cared about the patients of Aurora. Don't you profit enough already from your patients without devising a system that is useless and impossible to receive the proper care when needed for your patients? Why can't patients call their providers and speak directly to their providers or at the very least a member of their team that is familiar with the patient and their health? Is this why providers have/are leaving Aurora? Because of your policies that are frustrating and unhelpful? What are you thinking Aurora?!! Start caring about your patients and providers more than you seem to care about profits and I bet more of us would be happy with you. As it stands now, I would gladly go elsewhere if there was an independent clinic near me. And they are growing daily. Currently, many are unhappy with your policies and it might serve you well to change things and improve on how you do business and treat your patients and staff, before it reffects your company (and your patients health) and does more damage than what you are already doing. I would love to speak to someone in a position of authority about this, if you care to. Right now, with your insane policies, I cannot call to speak to my provider or a member of her staff, nor can I contact them through LiveWell. WHAT ARE PATIENTS SUPPOSED TO DO? How do you think you are serving patients with your policies? What are we supposed to do? This is not a rhetorical question, I need an answer. And I need it in a timely manner. I am certain you are losing people over this!

My visit was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone listened and did not judge you. They made you made you feel comfortable and believed in you on setting your goals. Receptionist was very kind. Everyone wore a smile. Kim Woyach is awesome and was so supportive. This staff is definitely a keeper. I went back to work bragging how wonderful my new DR was. Mine retired years ago that I had for a very long time and had a couple since, but nothing like here, Thank you! I have hope in my goals!
