Kim was great. But the medical assistant was horrible. Which I told Kim about not liking her. Also my daughter complained about this lady.

Provider is great Medical assistant was not friendly, talkative etc. Neither was the lab tech who drew my blood. Both gave me impression that they did not want to be at work. Should do better when working with people or don't take the job.
