Great experience. I felt like I was heard and not rushed and that is not always easy to find. Made me feel at ease to be cared for and listened to at the same time.

Nurse and Dr. Winburn were both very understanding, empathetic, and listened well. They also seemed to have good communication between them so I did not have to repeat everything, which was a great change from my previous providers.

Dr Winburn had a student with her, which they asked if it would be ok, and I said yes. Was unaware student would come in alone prior to seeing Dr Winburn to do a quick medical history which was unexpected. I don't mind students but it could have been explained a little better.
