There was a fire drill during my visit, in my room without windows I heard the announcement that indicated where it was. Sounded like the floor and near my location. So I opened the door to see what was going on. I was told by a staff member to close the door and remain inside. I'm sorry but even though I had faith and not fearful. I believe I should have been assured it was a drill and not a real fire instead of shutting me in a small room by myself. It would have been advantages for the announcer to explain to the patient their expectations of us while we were there experiencing a drill or the real thing.

Really was a good, helpful appt. with Kim. I have a plan of how to deal with my issues from arthritis.

She is very understanding and listens to you.
