Dr. Hansen explained each step that he was doing so there were no surprises. He made me feel very comfortable.

Front desk very friendly. Dr Hansen explained everything he was going to do including y the equipment would measure signals. He explained each test as he performed them. Answered all my questions. Was very calm and caring and had a nice sense of humor to help me relax about being shocked and stuck with needles. The test wasn't as bad as I expected, and Dr Hansen's demeanor helped me be less anxious.
