I had my initial visit with a new provider and she was easy to talk to and thorough. Happy with my choice after many years with a PCP who retired.

Everything was great. Dr. Soni was super easy to speak to and straight forward and quick, which I love. The medical assistant who roomed me was awesome and easy-going as well. However, I had a bad experience with one of the front desk staff. One of the front desk staff told me I would be checked in for labs. I waited for 15 minutes and did not get called. I went up to the same staff to ask if I was checked in just to find that I was not checked in. The staff didn't even recognize me as the same person from early and had to even re-pull up my chart to make my appointment, so it was frustrating. I waited a total of 30 minutes to have labs drawn. Other than that, everything was great.

I was very pleased with the doctor. First, she asked if I had any medical concerns that I wanted to discuss. She answered all my questions and she asked me some questions about some of my responses on the questionnaire that I filled out before my visit . I felt that my visit was very thorough.
