She's the best!!!

My Dr Soni is so sweet, she always explains everything to me. And gives me the best advice. She's always so supportive and happy

I love my doctor she's the best. All the staff were great.

The medical staff are great. But the process to make a phone call to schedule an appointment or ask a question is totally unusable. The central phone system is horrible. Extremely long waits, disconnections, people not familiar with the local office and staff!! It has sometimes taken six calls over 3 days just to reschedule an appointment. Please get rid of the call center and go back to calling directly to the local provider's office.

She is very friendly. She explained everything to you. She listens well and encourage you to take your medication so you can feel a lot better that you don't get sick or something happened. She is very professional and I like her and the whole team.

I am extremely grateful for the excellent customer service. Jazmine was very professional and had the ability to calm me down and listen to me. And of course Dr. Soni is amazing with providing request care. Thank you for making my visit wonderful
