Dr Poole was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me instructions on what to do when I got home

He entered the room and immediately set the tone of the visit by introducing himself . The whole visit eye contact was kept. The 2 shoulder x-rays were discussed and I was given potential ways to proceed. I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge.
