Dr. Koo knows me and listens carefully. He is very smart and understands my conditions and problems. He has good solutions, knows my medications and is caring. I can always count on him to take good care of me.
The staff, including reception and lab, all were nice and profesional. It was as pleasureable as these med check ups can be.
Doctors spend too much time on the computer instead of looking directly at patients who are in the office. Doctors don't consider emotional health and family systems when evaluating patients medical care.
Dr. Koo is always responsive to messages in the portal. He also helped me get an appointment sooner. I love that things are always on time and there isn't much waiting in his office
