Painless and to the point ?
I have been a patient of Dr. Murphy for around 15-20 years. I followed him when he left St. Jose's to Illinois Masonic. Dr. Murphy is great. Always listens, gets to know you and always willing to help in any way he can. He is the absolute best.
My nurse was very rude and did not tell me what she was doing. She expected me to do things when she never asked upfront.
Very guarded. Did not wish to address my concerns. Did not help me get a frame walker. Told me to buy it from Walgreens. He could have been more helpful.
I was asked by the office the day before my appointment if I could come in an hour earlier, to which I said yes. Yet when I arrived, I had to wait 25 minutes for my appointment to begin.
Good trip to the doc. Appt handled professionally and with skill. I'm glad I found this doc and the physician assistant that works with him.
All of answers that I selected tells how much enjoyed his care which are reasons I have not change medical provider.
