The physician had a student with him at the time of visit. She came in and talked with my child prior to the Doctor entering the visit. From the moment she entered the room, she made my son feel fully included and comfortable. Her thoughtful approach in engaging with him about his hobbies created a relaxed atmosphere, which allowed him to open up about his symptoms. Her ability to connect with him directly and her balance of professionalism and warmth were truly remarkable. It was evident that she genuinely cared about his comfort and well-being. My son really enjoyed the time he spent with her, which made a significant difference in his experience at the visit. Thank you for allowing such a compassionate and skilled student to be part of my child's visit. I appreciate the effort you all put into making your office a supportive environment for patients.
