Dr Phillips has always been very up to date with my health issues. He explains things to me that I understand. I have much confidence in him as my Cardiologist

It's so refreshing and uncommon to have a doctor that truly listens to you!! Has concerns about your well-being, spends time with you...... My one, and only complaint or wish, would be that he could be my primary Doctor!!!!
