Dr was willing to take all the time needed so I understood what growths I had, and what I should expect after treatment.

This was my first visit to this Dr. He was very nice and explained different ways to solve my health problem.

Dr. Gilbertson and his team are excellent.

My only negative occurred when I arrived and was told, by two very nice receptionists, that I was in the wrong end of the building. I asked if I had to walk outside to get there- I am moving with a walker post-surgery ( another doctor ). A third receptionist at the far left end of the counter made a shocking, snotty remark. I was dumb-struck for a moment. She said something to the effect, "if I had a nickel for each time that question is asked in a day."

My DR always listens to my concerns and fears about my health.

Dr. Gilbertson is an excellent medical provider. He is courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and answers all questions - never rushed - offers good guidance. Also, very good office staff.
