The receptionist stared at me when I approached the desk so she did not come across as a friendly, approachable professional. I was also told by her that there was a wait list so she could not schedule my next appointment. It was to take place on one year. Although the provider was very professional, the receptionist makes me second guess if I will return to see him.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The doctor was helpful and friendly. They were on time and didn't keep me waiting a long time.

Great experience. Friendly office. Easy to make appointment. Clean waiting room; easy to keep distance from others. Appreciate everyone being masked. Online check-in speeded things along. Got into appointment on time, maybe even early. Doctor and other medical staff all listened well, made sure I knew the answers to my questions, and offered advice on how to treat my condition. Thorough, polite, knowledgeable.

The doctor explained all the options, and showed me pictures of what my skin would look like after applying the medicine. He also gave me time to think about all options available to me.

Dr. is always friendly, conversational and takes the time to explain and answer questions. Very thorough.
