My experience was good. My only complaint is that there is not enough Dr's in this field and by the time you get to see the Dr you symptoms have changed or you have other questions and it's hard for me and the Dr and nurse's because you now are having different questions and they aren't prepared for them.
We respect Dr Gilbertson and feel we are in good hands with his care.

Dr. Gilbertson was thorough, informative, and also listened to my concerns. He treated some very small precancer spots in my eyelid area that other doctors dismissed. This was reassuring since I previously had to have surgery to remove carcinoma in the same area. He also informed me of options for treatment for the other facial pre-cancer spots in my face.
Some confusion over scheduling which didn't initially make me feel welcome.
Dr Gilbertson was very efficient and fast. Performed a quick and painless procedure. Easy to talk to. My only complaint is that it took 3 months to get an appointment.

The doctor took the time to answer my questions and discuss treatment options. He explained a specific plan so I knew exactly what follow up I needed. Doctor and staff were professional and also very personable. I highly recommended them!
