I still visit Dr. Gilbertson because of the excellent care he provides. He's the last Aurora doctor I see, and it's only because of his excellent care--otherwise I'm done with Aurora. I have transitioned the rest of my health care to Northwestern Medicine in Chicago. For 30 years I have been an Aurora client, and sadly the staff, care, and billing have experienced severe degradation in recent years. It's a night-and-day difference at NM--I'm so grateful. I hope you will level up and provide better care for your patients in the future. Good luck.
