The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and are very prompt. I am very happy with Dr Nagorny, she is a very kind patient, and knowledgeable special person. ?? Thank you for her.
Train your staff to listen and communicate better. They're really bad at it.
NP was great, getting prescriptions sent to the correct pharmacy was terrible, and is still unresolved. I mentioned which pharmacy to use; new prescriptions to a pharmacy here in town. The new prescription was sent to my mail order, which takes 2-1/2 weeks to receive. Another prescription's dose was increased, and I mentioned to NP that new dose was above what was allowed by insurance. It needs a prior authorization to increase the dose; it was sent to both pharmacies, and neither can fill it until the prior authorization is decided. People did not listen, or comprehend, and did not follow through well!!

I went into ER then had a post ER visit. I don't see my primary for few months therefore the answer about other things such as exercise were not rated as excellent. My primary is excellent and does discuss these during visits.
