I am going to miss my nurse

Kelly has been very through with me and my health. including the gallbladder, that was emergency at Theda Care. She answered all my questions. including my paper print out if my blood work, that I request.

I will miss Kelly. She was awesome

Kelly has always been easy to talk to and always explains everything. Never seems rushed. Glad to have her for a doctor.

Kelly does an excellent job whenever I have seen her for my care. She is very warm,friendly,and considers my opinions and answers all my questions in a clear, understandable way. I think very highly of her, she is a credit to her profession.

Have always received wonderful and compassionate care from Kelly. So sorry to see her go!
