Kelly Cole is a breath of fresh air in the medical field. Kelly took a good deal of time for my appointment: she listened, she truly heard me, and then she addressed my concerns in an easy-to-understand manner. Kelly gave me a diagnosis, a plan of action, and a back-up plan! My appointment with Kelly restored my faith in the system, I've had so many bad experiences but Kelly is proof that there are still providers in medicine to help people. I left my appointment feeling like a huge burden had lifted from my shoulders- finally, someone was willing to try to solve my on-going GI issues and help me restore my health. I cannot express strongly enough how grateful I am to have found Kelly.

Aurora needs to recruit and hire more GI docs and PAs. The ones you have are excellent but are clearly overworked. Cut administrators and hire actual workers!
This was my first visit with Kelly Cole. She is amazing! She was kind, personable and professional. Her MA (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) was also wonderful!
PA Cole was extremely professional, listened to my concerns, and explained in detail her thoughts on my treatment plan. I was impressed that she wanted to try the least invasive treatment first, and did not push meds unless absolutely necessary. I very much appreciated her knowledge, and was confident with my entire visit.
