This was my first time meeting Kelly. She was fantastic. She was thorough, patient, knowledgeable, friendly. I am happy to have found a primary care provider that I feel confident in and comfortable with.
First time seeing this doctor. She is easy to talk to and shows care for the patient. She provided information on lab results in a timely manner as well as getting back to me with some questions I asked. On another note, I completed the required precheck questionnaire however I do not see my responses on the Livewell app. What happens to that info once submitted? Are the doctors able to see the responses? What does Advocate do with the information? In addition, I wish that Advocate provided a more holistic approach to healthcare. At last, I wish to say that all the doctors and staff I have interacted with have been great.

I was sick for four days could not get me into see a doctor finally a doctors assistance had an opening after I went to a private clinic outside and they treated me for my condition very bad experience no doctors at the Morton Grove Center that I could see
Kelly was amazing! I was there to follow up after an ER visit a few weeks ago, because things weren't fully better. She listened to everything I had to say, didn't try to say she totally knew exactly what was wrong, and was willing to give me further treatments and imaging to try and get more answers. I never expect a doctor or medical professional to always know exactly what is wrong, but it's frustrating when they dismiss your concerns. She didn't do that at all. I now have 2 things to try and see if I can get some relief and/or answers, which is what's important. I told her I have a major event coming up in less than 2 months, so she was ready to do all that she can to make sure I'm better by then. Even though she's not my primary, I would absolutely see her again if my own primary was unavailable.
