The care provider was great! Dr. Flores is friendly and professional. I do not understand why I was told to arrive 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Check in took 1 minute and then I waited 30 minutes to be seen by my provider.
I checked in to the appointment on-time and directed to go to the dr. office room and wait. I was waiting at least 20 minutes in there before the nurse came in. It was a bit more before the dr. came in. I was just sitting there waiting for at least 30 minutes, probably longer.
No complaints at all
