First time there and everyone was great

This is a comment not specific to Dr. Goldsborough nor is it a complaint. It's merely a statement. I currently work with a neurologist, a cardiologist, my primary care physician, lymphedema therapists, and a hematologist. I find that there is little or no coordination between the various disciplines when it comes to my care and I end up serving in that coordinating capacity. It almost feels like I need to hire my own personal hospitalist to handle the communication and plan of care. I've got the wherewithal to handle it, but many do not. An organization the size of Advocate Aurora might take a look at what it would take to provide that type of service to its clients.
