From arrival to end of visit, it was a good experience. PSR welcoming and efficient. Nurse who roomed me quickly introduced herself and made a connection from a recent call. Welcoming, efficient and provided helpful information. Dr Springer knocked at door before entering. I appreciated that action. Dr Springer very efficient and listened well. Asked questions that helped her clarify diagnosis. Involved me in decision making about next steps. Was clear about treatment plan and indicated what I should do if things did not get better. I felt very confident in her diagnosis and plan of care.

She was wonderful. She was the best she spent time with me explaining things and answering all my questions. I will tell my friends if they need a podiatrist. She's the one to go to.

Medical is most definitely better Here than AZ. Arizona physicians are so over loaded with AHCCCS (Medicade) that you do not get a proper appt. You are lucky you were to see your pcp for a whole 5 min or from the doorway. Aurora has the key to make these this all happen. As a referral/prior Authorization coordinator for many years, we needed to process 80 to 100 per day. Some offices had multiple referral coordinator's depending on the number of physicians located within the pcp office. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK PROVIDED BY AURORA!!!
