Katie was very personable. My first visit, I'm very happy with her. I'm very healthy, just needed a physical.

I'm so glad I have Dr. Katie Thompson as my primary physician. She is right on top of things and very responsive, and professional. I hope she will continue to be my doctor for many years!

Everyone is super friendly, means a lot when you are not feeling well.

It is VERY hard to build a relationship with a new provider, especially when we are wearing masks and you can't see their face. I have seen this provider several times and I still have no idea what she looks like. I had seen my past physician for 35+ years so it is hard to switch to someone who knows nothing about you and you can't even see their face. I am NOT against the masks, don't get me wrong. I know it will take time to build this new relationship but it is hard when the doctors are in a time crunch and you can't really sit and talk about things.

Really pleased with Dr. Thompson, her pleasant and personable attitude are excellent. Pleased that she is my primary provider!
