Very crowded. Had optio of staying or going ho.e but sdnt homd when she said i would stay in er overflow area due yo crowdess. Everyonr very. Nice.

Over all...very good

This was my first visit with my new doctor and she made me feel very comfortable and willing to discuss any issues I may have.

Only my second visit with Dr Thompson and I was very happy about how the visit went.

I left with the impression that Dr Katie was able to make up her tardiness during my appointment. No discussion about post knee replacement or detailed review of labs. We did discuss flu & Covid vaccines and potentially ending statins.

Dr Thompson is both professional and personable. She's an excellent listener and very professional with discussing my concerns and needs. She is very good with explaining her plan of care with me. I feel very comfortable working with Aurora Healthcare staff at the Plymouth Clinic, in general, as well!
