Dr. K. Thompson and her staff cared about my health and we're very professional.

It was 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment that I got to see my doctor. It's too difficult trying to get into the live well app. I've given up on it.

Katie is very personable and asked several times if I had any questions. Katie seems thorough and helpful with my problems.

My visit with the nurse was timely and thorough. The nurse indicated that it would be a while before the doctor came in because of other patients scheduled before me, but - the time between nurse and doctor was almost an hour, and no one came in to say, "The doctor will be in soon," or I would have known that she would be there eventually. I had given up hope - thought I was waiting for nothing.
