Dr Thompson took the time to explain to me the rationale that Epic uses to determine health maintenance due dates. However sometimes looking a little deeper into the chart during chart prep might reveal the need to deviate from system recommendation. Example- system recommendation was every other year for mammogram but previous year's were diagnostic views and ultrasound.

She always listens to my concerns and gives a detailed response of my care plan for the future. She makes me feel very comfortable and heard while I'm there.

I really appreciated the fact we could do a video visit. It really helped me to save a lot of time on a busy day. Dr. Thompson was so sweet and understanding.
