The provider was very through. One of the lab personnel needs costumer service skills and how to use inside voice when costumers are present when she is frustrated.

Dr Katie Thompson is very thorough with me. She makes sure my needs are taken care of. She never makes me feel rushed. She's always so concerned if anything else is going on that she should know about. I like that fact that I know I can count on Dr Katie Thompson for all my medical needs!

Dr Thompson is my new provider I've seen her a couple of times already and from the get go I felt like she really cared and was concerned about my health issues she also says if I have any concerns just call I like that

Dr. Thompson was very professional and helpful when we spoke . She helped me with the spike about my blood sugar spike and what I should do about it . She also told me about my lab results and what they meant . It was very good visit I had with her !

It's frustrating to have to wait for a year for an appointment but I am glad I did!
