Dr. Katie Thompson is a kind and gentle caregiver who listens carefully to my concerns and answers questions I may have with thorough answers.

I like Dr. Thompson and I hope that she stays around. Also, the day of my visit there were issues with Epic, but the check-in/admitting team did a great job of keeping things "light", even though they had to advise a number of people in line for lab services that they'd have to reschedule. Difficult morning, but the team did well.

Dr. Thompson is very informative and friendly. She does an excellent job with her explanations and seems to really care. I highly recommend her and her nurses!
