Dr. Lilly is awesome and we love her. That being said, we havent had bad experienceswith any of the pediatricians there. We trust the pediatricians at Aurora. Urgent care and ER NOT so much. Wish they had after hours weekend peds clinic during seasonal illness time.

Which was a wonderful attitude since she had just gotten 3 shots (I don't remember the nurses name, but she was great too). Dr Lilly was very respectful and helped my daughter to feel heard. Thank you Dr. Lilly and the wonderful nurse who was so quick with her shots that she didn't even have time to complain!

I was busy at work the day I had to make my daughter's appointment. I was playing phone tag and all I wanted to do was get my daughter in as soon as possible. I was extremely impressed by the message center where I could quick send messages and reply to them and the nurse went as far as creating an appointment for my daughter without even having to call me. It helped me so much. I was able to get my daughter seen the same day and very relieved.
