PA Lovell was professional and spotted a A1C test mixup that initially shocked me since it would have meant my efforts at controlling my diet to improve my condition had reversed. Retest confirmed I am still on the right track. Other people may not have taken that extra step and I was very impressed.

She explained everything and listened to my questions and gave answers and wrote down changes with my medicine. The staff was very polite I asked for directions and she got up from her cubicle and walked over and showed me the right way out.

I'm very pleased with my care and have seen substantial improvements in my health due to the care I have received.
