Love Dr. Kiyono!

Dr. Kiyono and this clinic are the best! They are so caring and willing move things around to get patients seen when things come up. They are the best!

I love my doctor but scheduling was a nightmare. I scheduled a 4:00. I was asked to move to a 3:30. Then a couple weeks later I was asked to move to a 3:15. I wanted a 4:00 so I only had to miss 30 minutes of work. Now I had to miss 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was willing to do that knowing I would just be done sooner. NOT!!!! I sat in the waiting room from 3:05-3:30 and then sat in a patient room alone from 3:30-3:55!!!! I was there for almost an hour before the doctor came in. I know it was not her fault but the fault of how they schedule her. Totally ridiculous to make me waste all that time!!! I could have kept my 4:00!!

Dr. Kiyono is an excellent doctor. Out of all my doctors, she is the only one that I can reach right away and calls me back or has her staff call me.

I was happy to review my medical history and come up with a plan to improve my overall health. It was empowering.

Our provider gave ample time to address our issues. Our providers were very good listeners. Our provider gave special attention to our son with a disability. The service was very much appreciated.
