Continued neurological following. I am resigned to my situation, kind of "It is what it is", so I live with it -- live with God gives me -- and I try to make the most of life (usually successfully) in spite of the decreasing functioning and increasing physical restrictions. This colored my attitude toward this visit, so I really was not fully "into" it. IT COULD BE A LOT WORSE, so I am grateful to God and to Dr. Gaines that I am functioning as well as I am; but it does wear on me now and then -- fortunately transiently and I bounce back. I always enjoy seeing Dr. Gaines, and she has been very helpful. I haven't got much more to say about it, for a change.

I left the office knowing I'm in a good place now. Dr. Gaines also reassured me that if things change for the worst, I could get an appointment with her for a re-evaluation instead of my neurologist. I like her very much.
