Dr.Gaines is an exceptional physician. She always listens carefully and understands the challenges of Parkinson's and the dementia that accompanies it. She starts with the lowest dose of a new medication and we work up if necessary. We feel so blessed to have her as my husband's neurologist.

After a bit of a struggle with prior auth from UHC, no surprise, I saw Dr. Gaines for a muscle problem...dystonia. Dr. Gaines was knowledgeable about this issue, helpful in sorting out treatment options and overall, just great to work with. I strongly urge others with a neuro problem to try to get on her calendar.
