Dr. Zavala always takes time to listen and truly cares about me. She is the only doctor I have that always makes me feel heard, valued, and welcomes any questions I have. She helps me feel good about the medical decisions I make, and makes sure what I want happens, happens. I get nervous going to doctors, but I never get nervous when I have an appointment with Dr. Zavala.

I switched to this provider because I could not get into to see previous one. Every time I made an appointment they would call and change it. Hopefully this won't happen with the new one. I did note when making my next year appointment they were already booking into May 2026. Hopefully there is a plan to hire more doctors. It is ridiculous to already be out a year and 5 months. If this continues I will be taking my business somewhere else

Everybody was very gracious and helpful, and she provided excellent answers to all the questions that I remembered to ask. Also said if I had any questions or issues to contact her whenever needed.
