I have been to different doctors for 2 1/2 years. My honestly feel this is the first provider that listened to me.
I am a new patient and Dr Penzenstadler and the Aurora staff have been nothing but kind, empathetic and understanding of my situation. They've all taken the time to make sure I understand everything as it happens as well as all of my options going forward. It feels like they all genuinely care for the people the are treating.

Dr. Penzenstadler is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She has the perfect balance of kindness and professionalism. I have always found her to be good at explaining health conditions and my options in treating them, and she includes me in making decisions about my treatment plan. I truly feel that she cares about her patients and her warmth puts me right at ease. I would strongly recommend Dr. Penzenstadler to anyone looking for a good OB-GYN! Her nurse is excellent as well - friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They have a great team and I'm glad to be one of their patients!
The doctor was great and made me feel very comfortable. The nurse was wonderful, very friendly, kind, and helpful. I appreciated the care I received.
I LOVE Dr, P because I could tell she carefully reviewed my chart before she came in the room, she was aware of all my past OBGYN history and she made certain that I was aware of the possible risks and side effects of the procedure I was about to have and what to do once I left the office. I also loved to hear from the other staff how involved she is with her patients. When I mentioned that I would be willing to see an NP for my follow up, the scheduling person commented that "Dr. P likes to see her patients if possible" that means so much to me and speaks volumes about the care she gives and the love she has for her work! Thank you Dr. P! I wish there were more doctors like you!
I ADORE Dr. Penzenstadler! She & her team have pivoted so quickly to help me as I struggled with job/insurance loss. In the past, I have felt like just a number to medical professionals. My experience with Dr. Penzenstadler & her team where personalized, I'm sure frustrating when playing phone tag, etc. but I never felt they were annoyed. I felt cared for, heard. Dr. Penzenstadler even carefully navigated around my tattoos! Like a surgical rockstar!! That type of attention & care is unheard of in this current climate. Please be sure to share my gratitude with her & her team!!
