I had to call back to get further information, but I think it's because I am older and don't quite Understand everything that's being said. Ms. Welter does a good job.

My PA, Dr Katherine, was very empathetic about my situation, and very aware of my medical history. She not only addressed my immediate situation, she looked long-term, and ordered a few tests to assure me that my condition was not caused by an underlying, much more serious, condition. But her bedside manner kept me assured and in a positive mind frame. So far, her advice and prescriptions are doing the trick, but I still plan to have the tests to rule out anything more serious - Dr. Katie is a keeper.

Liked Dr alot would like to see her once more most of the proble. Is gone but so.e new stuff on face has appeared would lime to make sure that I got it all

It was a little embarrassing to be sent over to Radiology at Condell with a CT order with the word STAT written boldly on it and be sent away by the individual at registration because I didn't have an appointment. Would have been happy to make a call to scheduling if I'd been told by my provider i needed to do that.

Mrs. Welter is amazing! Attentive and definitely offers solutions to any issue.
