I felt fully informed,and alllowed to explain all of my concerns. Very much appreciated how caring and perfect questions she asked, that I used to think of after I got home. Also sent home printed reminders of all we discussed.

The provider was awesome...however the lab department could us some more training as to send the home testing instructions along when giving out the items needed for the home test kit. That would be hugely appreciated in the event that I never did that particular testing ever in my life. And is it necessary to need and appointment just to pick it up and drop it off. A bit much wouldn't we say? Thanks .
